- The specifications and categories of the production of pneumatic sanitary valves shall meet the requirements of pipeline design documents.
- The model of the pneumatic valve should indicate the national standard number requirements. If it is manufactured according to enterprise standards, the relevant description of the model should be indicated.
- The working pressure of the pneumatic sanitary valve is greater than or equal to the working pressure of the pipeline, and without affecting the price, the working pressure that the valve can withstand should be greater than the actual working pressure of the pipeline; either side of the pneumatic valve should be able to withstand 1.1 times the valve pressure without leakage; when the valve is open, the valve body should be able to withstand the double valve pressure.
- The manufacturing standard of the pneumatic valve should indicate the national standard number on which it is based. If it is manufactured according to the enterprise standard, the enterprise contract should be attached to the purchase contract.
How pneumatic sanitary valves work?
This type of valve uses compressed air to drive multiple sets of combined pneumatic pistons in the actuator to transmit force to the beam and inner curved track, which drives the hollow core spindle to perform rotary motion, and the compressed air is sent to each cylinder to change the inlet and outlet positions to change the spindle rotation direction. According to the required rotation torque of the valve, the number of cylinder combinations can be adjusted to drive the valve to work.
The two-position five-way solenoid valve is usually used with double-acting pneumatic actuators. “Two positions” are two positions that can be controlled: on-off; “Five-way” means five channels of ventilation, one of which is connected to the air source, two of which are connected to the inlet and outlet of the external air chamber of the double-acting cylinder, and two of which are connected to the inlet and outlet of the internal air chamber. The intelligent display instrument is an instrument used to monitor the working status of the valve and control the work during the execution of the valve.
